These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of learnritepublishers.com (the "Site"), operated by LearnRite International Publishers ("LearnRite", "we", "us"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when registering, including your correct account type (individual or school) and location. To prevent pricing fraud, once set, your account type, location, organization name, and email address cannot be changed from your profile - any genuine change to these details must be requested by emailing learninsideout@yahoo.com. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
Self-service pricing and checkout on this Site are available to verified school accounts only, at the price for their declared location. Individual accounts do not receive self-service pricing or checkout regardless of order size, and should contact learninsideout@yahoo.com to arrange a purchase.
Prices shown to a school account reflect that account's declared type and location, and may change without prior notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once your payment is verified. Orders over the bulk-discount threshold shown at checkout automatically receive the applicable discount.
Payment is by bank transfer only. Transfer details are shown on the order confirmation page and emailed to you. After transferring payment, use the "I have completed payment" button on your order page to notify us - our staff will verify the transfer with our bank before your order status is updated. We do not collect or store your card or bank login details on this Site.
We deliver to the address you provide at checkout, using the phone number and/or email on file to send delivery updates. An optional landmark helps our delivery team locate you faster. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.
Your order will move through the stages Order Received, Processing, Out for Delivery, and Delivered, visible on your order page and answerable by our AI chatbot. Status is updated manually by our staff as your order progresses.
You may request cancellation of an order before payment has been verified by emailing us. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at learninsideout@yahoo.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Customers who have purchased a book may leave a star rating for it. Ratings are public and shown against your username. We may remove a rating that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or abusive.
Saving a book to your wishlist does not reserve its price or stock. Prices and availability may change before you check out.
Our chatbot is an automated assistant intended to help with general questions, order status, and pricing. Real prices and order statuses shown by the chatbot always come from our live records, never invented - but for anything critical, please confirm directly with our staff.
All content on this Site, including book text, artwork, and branding, belongs to LearnRite or its contributors and is protected by copyright. See our License & Privacy Policy for details.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearnRite is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
