All book content, cover artwork, descriptions, logos and text on this Site are the property of LearnRite International Publishers or its contributors and are protected by Nigerian and international copyright law. Our books are sold exclusively through LearnRite directly to verified schools and individual customers - resale, redistribution, or stocking of our titles in bookshops or other outlets without our written permission is prohibited.

You may browse the Site and view its content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from any book content, images, or text on this Site without our prior written consent.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Site, we collect:

  • Account information: username, email address, password (stored securely, never in plain text), account type (individual or school), location (Lagos or outside Lagos), and organization name for school accounts.
  • Delivery details: full name, phone number, delivery address, and an optional landmark, used to fulfil and deliver your orders.
  • Order information: books purchased, quantities, prices, order status, and payment-claim confirmations.
  • Reviews and ratings: star ratings you submit on books you've purchased, linked to your username.
  • Wishlist activity: books you've saved for later.
  • Chatbot conversations: messages you send to our AI support assistant, so it can respond to your question.
  • Google account information (name, email, profile picture) if you choose to sign in with Google, provided to us by Google with your consent.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account, and show you the correct pricing for your account type and location.
  • Process, fulfil, and deliver your orders, and send you delivery updates by phone or email.
  • Verify bank transfer payments and confirm your order.
  • Display your book ratings and manage your wishlist.
  • Respond to questions through our AI chatbot, including looking up your real order status or book pricing when you ask - the chatbot never invents this information, it is always pulled from our records.
  • Prevent fraud, such as an account switching type to obtain incorrect pricing.
  • Send you newsletter updates, if you've subscribed.
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

5. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information with:

  • Google - only if you choose "Sign in with Google", to authenticate your account.
  • Anthropic (our AI provider) - chatbot messages are processed to generate a response to your question.
  • Our hosting provider - to securely store and run the Site and its database.
  • Our staff - to verify payments, process orders, and respond to support requests.

We do not collect or store your card or bank login details on this Site - orders are paid for by direct bank transfer, arranged between you and your own bank.

6. Your Rights Under the NDPA

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information (account type, location, organization name, and email are locked once set to prevent pricing fraud - email us at learninsideout@yahoo.com if any of these need updating).

  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

This Site is intended for use by schools and adult individuals placing orders, not by children directly. School accounts are managed by the institution, not by pupils.
